Here is a complete list of the demos on the site.  It’s presented in a clean list and each demo is a link to the blog post where the demo and baking video is contained.  This is different from the recipe list as some demos do not have recipes (such as gum paste flowers).  The list is categorized by type and then alphabetized but the best way to search the list is to use your find command (ctrl+F) in your browser.

    I found the recipe and its called a Crumb Cake,I want to make them 3×4 maybe x5 they are big but worth the money one would pay for a piece of Crumb cake and I believe they will make for a great breakfast .
    Thanks so very much.

    I don’t use Grams Or OZ

    Do I have this right my way
    Large 20K(44#)
    Butter – 4 boxes & 1 stick.
    Sugar – 1 5lbs bag and 8 1/2 cups.
    Yolks – 23 egg yolks.
    Vanilla – 4 Tablespoon & 1 teaspoon.
    Bread Flour – 3 – 5lb bags & 6 Cups
    Salt – 5 tsp
    Thank you so very much.
    P.S.
    I intend on rolling them in finely ground pecans before baking.
    Freezing some of the dough which last about 12 months.
